ProDisc-C人工颈椎间盘置换1例

摘要 患者,女,54岁,四肢乏力一年加重一月入院,入院查体:颈椎生理弯曲变直,后伸受限(10°),四肢肌张力增高,腱反射亢进,双上肢霍夫曼征阳性,右上肢握力三级,骨间肌轻度萎缩,右上肢近端及左上肢、下肢肌力四级,JOA评分7分;MRI检查显示:C3～5节段椎间盘髓核变性,部分髓核脱出于椎管内,脊髓受压变形,T2像脊髓内小块斑片高信号(见图1)。术前常规检查无异常。
