摘要
随着高等学校的扩招和大学毕业生就业方式的转变,高校毕业生就业难已成为亟待解决的问题,引起了全社会的普遍关注。在高校毕业生就业形势严峻的背景下,做好大学生职业生涯规划教育,提高学生的就业竞争力显得尤为重要。作者介绍了大学生职业生涯规划的意义,指出了大学生职业生涯规划存在的问题,并提出了做好大学生职业生涯规划的对策。
With the enrollment expansion in colleges and universities and the change of college graduates' employment way,the employment difficulty of graduates has become an urgent problem,which draws wide attention from the whole society.Under the background of the severe employment situation,it seems particularly important to do well the career planning education and improve students' employment competitiveness.The significance of university students' career planning is introduced,the problems are pointed out,and the countermeasures are put forward.
