摘要
蔬菜是人类不可或缺的生活资料,又是人们日常生活必需的副食品。蔬菜产业在我国农业和农村经济发展中占有特殊地位,在种植业中最具有活力。河南省自古以来就有着悠久的蔬菜种植历史,蔬菜产业的发展也有着得天独厚的自然和地域优势。近年来,河南省蔬菜生产规模迅速扩大,已从保障城市供应的篮中小菜发展成为促进农业增效和农民增收的大产业。正确分析蔬菜产业存在的问题,对提高蔬菜生产的经济效益、推动蔬菜产业化进程、进一步增加农民收入、促进河南省经济的持续快速发展、建设全面小康社会具有积极的意义。
Vegetables are indispensable living materials for mankind as well as an essential non-staple food in people's daily life.Vegetable industry has a unique position in agricultural and rural economic development,which is the most dynamic planting industry.From time immemorial,He'nan Province has a long history of vegetables planting,and the vegetable industry also has a unique advantage.In recent years,the vegetable production has expanded rapidly in He'nan Province,which has become a big industry that can increase agriculture efficiency and farmers'income.The problems in vegetable industry are analyzed,which has positive significance for increasing the economic benefits of vegetable production,promoting the vegetable industrialization process,further increasing farmers'income,promoting the sustainable rapid economic development,and constructing an overall well-off society.
