摘要
针对线切割机床加工U形凸模时,因热处理变形无法保证尺寸和形位精度的问题,对加工工艺进行了调整,消除了变形,保证了产品质量。
According to the problem that the linear cutting machine couldn’t ensure the dimensional and shape-position accuracy because of heat treatment deformation when processing U-shaped punches,the processing technology was improved,with a result the deformation was eliminated and the product quality was guaranteed.
