摘要
研究了空间光调制器(Spatial Light Modulator,SLM)的衍射场分布,应用标量衍射理论分析了空间光调制器的傍轴衍射.将复杂孔径视为若干个矩孔的叠加,基于矩孔的菲涅尔衍射可以逐点计算复杂孔径的衍射场.建立了空间光调制器衍射的数学模型,利用计算机数值仿真了空间光调制器的衍射,输出了仿真衍射图样,仿真结果与理论相符.
Distribution of diffraction field of Spatial Light Modulator(SLM) is studied.Diffraction field is analyzed by using the theory of scalar diffraction on the base of paraxial approximations theoretically.Fresnel diffraction field of complex aperture produced by SLM is calculated by considering complex aperture as a combination of series rectangular apertures.Mathematical model of diffraction of SLM is built.Diffraction field is simulated by computer.Diffraction pattern is calculated.Simulation results are consistent with theory.
