摘要
采用问卷调查和专家访谈等研究方法,对江苏省优秀运动员退役后管理模式、就业状况及影响就业的各种因素做了研究.结果表明:近年来江苏省根据国家对退役运动员就业的一系列政策,适时地出台了相应的政策,并采取了切实有效的方法,形成了政策与落实相结合、政府与地方共管、在役与退役相连接、以创业为核心的退役运动员管理模式,从而大大促进了退役运动员的就业,效果理想;多数运动员退役后进入高等学校攻读本科学历,文化基础差是困扰退役运动员接受高等教育的主要因素;对于已就业的运动员的就业渠道是组织分配、自主创业、应聘;学历低、运动员所从事的运动项目是影响退役运动员就业的主要因素.
Using methods of questionnaires,interviewing experts and,researches have been made about the management models,employment and its influencing factors of the excellent athletes in Jiangsu Province after their retirement.The results show that according to a series of policies of the country,Jiangsu Province Government has published some corresponding rules in recent years.The province government cooperates with the local authorities and has developed employment-oriented management models of the retired athletes.So the situation of the athletes employment has greatly improved.Most athletes continue their study in universities after retirement because less education is the obstacle to their employment.Allocation and independent business are supplementary for employed athlete.
