摘要
介绍了CPS的概念,分析了当前影响福建电网CPS指标的因素,并提出了改善福建电网CPS指标的措施。
The paper introduces the concept of Control Performance Standard(CPS),analyzes the impact factors of CPS index for Fujian Power Grid,and proposes measures to improve CPS index for Fujian Power Grid.Frequency is one of power energy quality index for AC system.Each region in an inter-connected large power grid is required to make efforts to the control of frequency qualified and stability,Control Performance Standard(CPS) is a standard to evaluate and quantify the contribution in the control of power grid frequency.
