摘要
随着经济社会的快速发展和公众环境意识的不断增强,各类环境矛盾日益显现,导致环境信访量急剧上升,社会不稳定因素增多,在一定程度上影响了经济社会的持续发展。本论文研究关于解决环境信访问题的管理模式,建议采用政策管制、市场调节、社会参与等共同参与的三维管理模式管理环境,以期建立一套解决环境信访问题的长效机制。
As social economics is fast developing and continual strengthening of public environment consciousness,sundry environment contradictions are more and more self-evident which leads to complaint increasing and more and more social unstable factors,and it plays affect on continues development of social economic.The paper study management method of solving environment complaint issues,and proposal is that we manage environment by policy control,market adjustment,society participation,etc.so it would be a set of solving issues by setting up enduring effective system.
