摘要
科学发展是时代提出的新要求。在现代科学传统下,无论是人类社会还是自然界,都不是人和事物的简单集合体,而是人和事物在内在相互作用中不断生成变化着的系统。真正的科学发展是建立在现代科学传统基础上的,对科学发展哲学内涵的正确解读是自觉走科学发展道路的理论基础和基本思想条件。
Under the tradition of modern science,to be scientific development,one of the new requirements of the times,is not the simple aggregation but a continous generated and changeable system of man and matter in the internal interaction either to the human society or to the natural world.The author thinks that the real scientific development is established upon the tradition of modern science,and the correct interpretation to its philosophical connotation can be judged as the theoretical basis and basic thought conditions for the conscious practice of sicentific developemnt.
