摘要
通过水模拟试验研究,分析了不同横浇道结构对液体充型状态的影响,研究了横浇道端部阻留段(内浇道中心距横浇道端面的距离)长度对最初充型液体的阻留作用,并对水平式和搭接式横浇道的充型状态进行了对比试验,分析了横浇道结构和端部阻留段长度对液体充型状态的影响。试验结果表明,合理设计内浇道的位置与高度可有效地避免液体在横浇道内形成的卷气和夹杂进入铸型。
Based on water simulating experiments, the effects of different runner structure on liquid filling state have been analyzed. The length of the runner extension (the distance between the axle of the gating and the tip of the runner) affect on initial filling fluid has been studied. The comparing experiments of filling state of the plane and the overlapping runner structure have been carried out and the effects of the runner structure and the length of runner extension on liquid flowing analyzed. The experiment results shew that locating the site of gating could properly prevent gas and impurities from entering into mould.
