摘要
采用渗流法制备了具有通孔结构的ZL111基多孔铝合金,研究了固溶时效热处理和孔结构参数对多孔铝合金压缩性能和能量吸收特性的影响。结果表明:固溶时效热处理可以有效提高ZL111基多孔铝合金的表观杨氏模量、屈服强度和压缩吸能能力;固溶时效热处理使压缩吸能能力随着孔隙率的增大而呈现规律性减小,并使能量吸收效率对孔隙率和孔径的敏感程度减小。
Porous ZL111 A1 alloy was fabricated by melt infiltration method. The effect of heat treatment and pore structure on compressive and energy absorption behavior of the porous A1 alloy was investigated. Heat treatment could effectively raise the apparent Young's modulus, yielding strength and energy absorption capacity of the porous A1 alloy. The energy absorption capacity decreased regularly along with the increase of porosity and the energy absorption efficiency became insensitive to pore size (D) and porosity (Pr).
