摘要
以四连杆卧式30t钢卷吊具的钳腿为研究对象,利用三维建模软件建立实体模型,进行有限元分析和计算,与传统的材料力学方法进行比较,体现采用CAD技术进行产品设计与分析的实用性和先进性。
This paper covers four - link horizontal steel roll tong with a capacity of 30 tonnages. The solid model is bulh and finite element analysis and calculation is conducted. The method of using CAD to design and analyze products is more practical and advanced, compared with traditional material mechanics method.
