摘要
目的:探讨自杀未遂者产生自杀行为的心理社会影响因素.方法:采用社会支持评定量表、生活事件量表、Hamilton抑郁量表,对92名自杀未遂者自杀行为的心理社会影响因素进行调查,并做出精神病学诊断,与对照组进行对照研究.结果:与对照组相比,自杀未遂者在HAMD分数、过去一年内生活事件频数、生活事件紧张总值、负性生活事件分值、社会支持总分、客观支持、主观支持和对支持利用度的分值两组间存在显著性差异.多元回归分析表明影响自杀行为的主要因素有:负性生活事件、主观社会支持、HAMD分值.结论:自杀未遂者自杀行为的发生往往是内在因素与外在因素相互作用的结果,与心理社会因素密切相关.
AIM： To evaluate the psychosocial factors of suicidal behavior in suicide attemptors. METHODS： Ninety two suicide attemptors were assessed by social support rating scale （SSRS）, life event scale （LES） and Hamilton depression rating scale （HAMD） and psychiatric diagnosis was made. The results were individually matched with control population. RESULTS： Compared with control group, they had higher scores in LES and HAMD and lower scores of social support. The major factors for their suicidal behavior included negative life events, subjective social support and depression. CONCLUSION： Suicidal behaviors of suicide attemptors mostly result from interaction of internal and external factors. It is related with the psychosocial factors and individual constitutions. The suicide preventive efforts should focus on individuals exposed to multiple risk factors.
