摘要
以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(WS-62M)和N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(SG-Si900)为原料,胺为催化剂,通过酯交换反应,合成了反应性氨基聚硅氧烷,并确定了最佳合成条件。采用微乳化技术,选择合适的乳化剂制备透明、粒径细小、稳定性优良的反应性氨基聚硅氧烷微乳液,将其作为柔软剂处理织物,并测试了织物的有关性能。应用结果表明,反应性氨基聚硅氧烷RASI氨值0.5976mmol/g,黏度6500mPa.s时,用其处理后的织物有优异的柔软性、滑爽性和回弹性,以及很高的耐洗性,并且对整理织物的白度影响很小。
Using α,ω-dihydroxydimethylpolysiloxane (WS-2M) and N-β-aminoethyl- γ -aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (SG-Si900) as starting materials and amine as catalyst, reactive aminopolysiloxane was synthesized by ester-interchange reaction, and optimum conditions were determined. Applying microemulsification technique and choosing appropriate surfactants, the microemulsion of reactive aminopolysiloxane, which was transparent with fine corpuscle and outstanding stability, was prepared, lt was applied to fabric as softener and the related properties of handled fabric were also tested. The applied results indicated that the reactive aminopolysiloxane having an amine value of 0.5976 mmol·g^-1 and a viscosity of 6500 mPa·s at 25℃ had the optimum smoothness and good whiteness, and handled leather possessed excellent softness, smoothness, elasticity, burability of home laundering and whiteness.
