摘要
原料茧成本在制丝生产中占80%左右的成本,因此,降低原料成本是缫丝生产过程中极其重要的一个环节。从煮茧工艺、车头索理绪工艺及车头改造等方面进行了技术管理工作。通过这些工作的开展,可以降低原料茧茧耗5～10kg,吨丝可以下降成本0.2～0.4万元,对降低企业成本起到重要作用。
Raw cocoon cost is about 80% of all the silk reeling cost, so cutting the raw cocoon cost is a key section in reeling process. The cocoon cooked, end groping and picking process in headstock and headstock reforming were technologically managed, which will reduce the consumption of raw cocoon about 5-10 kg, and the per ton cost of silk will reduce 2000-4000 Yuan, attributing great to the cost cutting.
