摘要
目的探讨军事飞行员心理个性特征。方法对548名疗养飞行人员采用标准化个性测验,通过聚类分析研究各类飞行人员的个性特征与心身疾病发病情况。结果有33.76%飞行人员具有过度自我关心、焦虑,不乐观及高敏感和高紧张度"症状易患型"的个性特征并与患病次数密切相关(χ2=274.06,P<0.01)。结论开展军事飞行人员常规化个性评估有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the psychological personality characteristics of military pilots to enhance the treatment and preventative results to the clinical psychological reaction symptoms of the military pilots.Methods Adopt standardized personality test to the 548 military pilots in Dalian Sanatorium,through cluster analysis investigate all kinds of personality characteristic of military pilots and the incidence of physical and mental illness.Deduct the personality-based psychological symptoms.Results 33.76 percent of the military pilots suffered 'symptom susceptible 'to type personality traits with excessive self-care,anxious,pessimistic,highly sensitive and highly nervous symptoms,and it was closely related to the numbers of sick(χ2=274.06p co.01).Conclusion Military pilots should be carried out routine assessment of personality.
