B超引导下经皮肾镜取石术

摘要 目的探讨B超引导下建立经皮肾穿刺通道,行经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)的方法及临床价值。方法在B超定位下行经皮肾穿刺并建立通道,对48例复杂的肾结石、输尿管上段结石患者行经皮肾镜取石术治疗。结果 48例患者全部手术成功,1例术中出血较多,进行了二期手术治疗。结石总取净率87.5%,肾盂梗阻解除率100%。结论 B超引导下行经皮肾镜取石术,成功率高,并发症少,效果良好。
