摘要
区域经济发展过程需要高效的运行机制。蓝色经济区本质上属于区域经济的范畴,建设蓝色经济区必然要明确其中的各种要素之间的构成、功能及其相互关系以及这些因素产生影响、发挥作用的过程和原理及其运行方式。以山东半岛蓝色经济区为分析对象,研究了其建设过程中的运行机制,包括调节机制、动力机制、协调机制和保障机制,并探讨了这些运行机制在蓝色经济区建设过程中如何发挥作用。
Regional economic development requires an efficient operational mechanism. A blue economic zone in essence falls into the category of regional economy. To build a blue economic zone, we need to have a very good understanding of its various elements and their interrelations as well as functions, the process, mechanism and ways for these factors to interact with and impact on each other. In this article, we study the operational mechanism in the construction process of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone, including the adjustment mechanism, dynamic mechanism, coordination mechanism and security mechanism. We also investigate what roles these mechanisms will play in building the Shandong Peninsular Blue Economic Zone.
