摘要
以汝城县第二次土地调查的基础数据为依据,通过对土地利用现状和当前土地利用过程中存在的主要环境问题的分析,构建了土地利用现状环境影响评价的指标体系,采用层次分析法确定了指标权重,并运用多目标线性求和法进行综合评价,最后应用该模型对全县23个乡(镇)进行了环境敏感性评价和等级划分,并根据评价结果,提出了相应的建议和对策。
According to the basic data of land use in Rucheng county,Hunan province obtained by the second land survey,this paper analyzed the current situation of land use and the existent major environmental problems in land use,constructed an index system of assessing the environmental impact of land use,determined the index weight by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method,and synthetically evaluated the environmental impact of land use by multi-objective linear summation method.By using this model,the environmental sensitivities of 23 townships in Rucheng county were assessed,and their grades were classified.Based on the evaluation results,the corresponding recommendations and measures were put forward.
