摘要
抽穗期是小麦品种的重要农艺性状之一,它对于小麦适应不同生态地区和不同环境条件具有至关重要的作用。春化反应、光周期反应和早熟性基因是影响小麦抽穗期的3种重要因素。综述了小麦抽穗期相关基因的定位和克隆,分析了控制小麦抽穗的3类基因性状以便为研究小麦的抽穗期基因提供参考。
Heading date is one of the important agronomic traits of wheat.It is crucial for wheat to adapt to different cultivation areas and environmental conditions.Responses to vernalization and photoperiod as well as earliness gene are three important factors affecting the heading date of wheat.This paper summarizes the research progress in mapping and cloning of genes related with the heading date of wheat,and analyzes 3 types of gene characters controlling the heading date of wheat.These results can provide meaningful information for studying of the heading date of wheat.
