摘要
文章讨论了动态需求下同级库存协同的重要性,分析了装备调配方案的制定流程,给出了同级库存调剂方案的前提。考虑供应成本和供应满意度的平衡,从运输成本、库存积压和装备短缺损失等方面,研究了上级调拨和同级调剂的成本构成。综合了上级调拨和同级调剂的优点,建立了一个装备调配的最优化模型,得到了最优调配方案。最后用一个实例验证了模型的可行性和有效性。
The significance of the same-level collaborative inventory in dymamic demand was discussed,and the process of allocation scheme was analyzed.Then,the precondition of inventory modulation was presented.Allowing for the balance between the supply cost and satisfactory,costs of the superior dispense and the same-level modulation were researched in terms of the transportation cost,inventory excess and inventory shortage.Synthesized the advantages of the superior dispense and the same-level modulation,an optimized model of the equipment allocation was constructed,and the optimized allocation scheme was also presented.At last,an optimal example came out,which testified the practicability and validity of the model.
