摘要
以西安市近25年土地利用数据为基础,分析了土地利用的动态变化。动态模型表明:农用地总体在减少;耕地和草地面积在逐年减少;园地面积增幅较大;随着城市化进程的加快,城乡居民点工矿用地和交通用地增加较为显著;未利用地有明显增加的趋势。从人文因素对土地利用变化的驱动因子进行定性和定量分析,结果表明:人口的增加、GDP的增长不是土地利用变化的根本原因,经济发展所导致的郊区化、产业结构演进产生的用地调整是西安市土地利用变化的根本驱动因素。
