摘要
文章首先就徐州城市遗产中建国后的建筑遗产概况及存在问题展开阐述与分析,并在此基础上针对徐州建国后建筑遗产梳理了其保护与再利用的思路与策略,最后以徐州东风电影院改造为例,做出实证分析,初步探索了徐州建国后可改造建筑遗产的再利用操作方式。
