摘要
该文提出了一种用于高速饮料生产线上瓶盖检测的智能相机系统解决方案。该方案具有歪盖和坏盖检测、参数在线设置、结果自动上传等功能。该文主要阐述了系统原理、硬件结构和软件流程,最后介绍了基于图像技术的瓶盖检测算法。
This paper proposes a solution of smart camera system for high-speed beverage production line bottle cap testing.This system has the functions of crooked cap and bad cap testing,on-line parameter setting,results uploading and so on.This paper contained the system principle,hardware structure and software routine.Finally,the details of image based bottle cap testing algorithm were represented.
