摘要
本文在分析基层国土所对国土资源基础数据应用现状的基础上,结合第二次土地调查形成的数据库成果,提出了利用地图缓存技术和面向服务架构(SOA)技术,设计出能够被基层国土所使用,符合基层国土所业务需求的GIS应用软件。并以东台市国土资源基础数据应用系统为例,验证了设计的可行性和有效性。
