摘要
空间信息基础设施是国家信息化建设的重要内容,对于环境空间信息的社会共享具有重要意义。"欧盟空间信息基础设施"的建设工作,主要任务是建立详细的欧盟自然资源账户,形成支撑资源分析与决策支持的基础数据框架;技术上,采用通行的网络服务技术,实现松藕合应用集成与分布式的数据整合;各成员国提供本国数据,一次采集重复使用。欧盟在信息系统框架、数据整合标准、共享策略、更新机制等方面的相关经验对于我国国土资源"一张图"建设具有很好的参考价值。
