乳腺癌MR功能代谢成像及分子成像研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 尽管各种MR功能代谢成像和分子成像技术在乳腺癌的早期诊断、鉴别诊断和疗效评估方面的独特作用已得到多数研究者的认同,但因其成像原理的不同,这些乳腺MR成像技术各有其优缺点,故应根据具体情况和技术条件加以选择和组合,以提高乳腺癌的诊断准确率。综述乳腺癌的各种MR功能代谢成像和分子成像的研究进展,重点分析成像技术的临床应用价值及局限性,以期对乳腺癌病人MR成像序列的选择和组合进行有益提示。
