摘要
我国最早的志愿者产生于社区志愿服务之中,发展至今虽然城市社区志愿服务已经成为社区生活的常态,但不可避免地带有社会转型期的特点,尚处于不断完善、不断健全的时期。本文以北京市C社区为个案,试图通过对其志愿服务组织管理机制的分析,深刻剖析社区志愿服务的时代特征,为推动志愿服务事业的健康有序发展提供参考、借鉴。
The earliest volunteers of our country begin with community voluntary services.It has been developing as community routines,but it is in the social transformation period,which needs constantly complete. Taking C community as a case,through analyzing organizational management mechanics,this paper dissects its era characteristics in order to provide references of voluntary service developing.
