摘要 目的:评价MRI对膝部急性隐匿性骨损伤的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析113例符合纳入条件的急性膝部创伤患者的MRI图像,采用Mink膝部隐匿性骨损伤分类方法进行观察。结果:骨挫伤71例,骨软骨损伤25例,隐匿骨折15例,应力骨折2例。这些损伤的MRI表现形态各异,信号特点较为一致,以T1WI和STIR显示较好。结论:MRI在膝部急性隐匿性骨损伤检查中,较X线、CT检查具有明显优势和可靠的临床应用价值。 Objective:To evaluate MRI in the diagnosis of acute occult bone injury of the knee.Methods:The MR images of 113 patients met the criteria acute occuit bone injuries of knee.Mink′s knee occult bone injury classification was used for the study.Results:Of the 113 patients,there were bone contusion(71 cases),bone cartilage injury(25 cases) and occult fracture(15 cases),stress fracture(2 cases).MRI manifestations of these injuries varied,yet the signal characteristics were more consistent and were better shown o...
