摘要
目的 探讨腹部再次手术切口新缝合方法的效果.方法 将80例再次原切口进腹的患者随机分为两组,对比常规缝合方法和改良缝合方法的耗时及愈合效果.结果 改良组腹部切口缝合时间远短于对照组(P<0.05),改良组40例腹部切口术后无一例裂开,对照组6例切口裂开.结论 改良组方法明显优于常规切口缝合方法.
Objective To study the modified method of saturation of secondary incision of abdominal operation.Methods All of 80 patients were operated secondly. Among of them, the incision of 40 patients were sutured with the new method, the others with traditional method. The time of saturation and stiches remove was compared respectively.Results Compared with the traditional method, with the modified method the time of saturation was shorter (P<0.05). There was no incision of patients to split open with the modified method. But the incisions of 6 patients were splited open with the traditional method.Conclusions The method of modified saturation of secondary incision of abdominal operation is more superior than the traditional method.
