摘要
目的 探讨低位直肠癌行直肠全系膜切除术(TME)保肛的效果和可靠性.方法 对29例低位直肠癌患者行TME吻合器吻合保肛术.结果 无手术死亡及严重并发症,术后肛门功能优良率为87.7%,肿瘤术后局部复发率为7%,3年存活率为88.2%,5年存活率为69%.结论 TME保肛术在低位直肠癌治疗具有良好根治的效果,能保留或较好保留肛门功能,同时加用术前、术后放化疗是低位直肠癌可靠的治疗方案之一,甚或首选方案.
Objective To discuss the effect and reliability of TME in infraversion rectal cancer. Methods Operating on 29 infraversion rectal cancer patients with TME.Results Here was no death in surgery and no serious complications, the rate of anal functional well performance was 87.7%. Tumor local recurrence rate was 7%, 3-year survival rate was 88.2%, 5-year survival rate was 69%.Conclusions TME has good effect in treating infraversion rectal cancer, it can preserve anal function well, is a reliable way of operation. TME method can be the first choice if added with radiotherapy and chemotherapy preoperation and postoperation.
