摘要
目的 探讨阿德福韦酯联合苦参素对慢性乙型肝炎患者血清细胞因子和肝纤维化指标的影响.方法 将我院门诊及住院的慢性乙型肝炎患者78例,随机分为观察组 (阿德福韦酯+苦参素,39例)和对照组(拉米夫定,39例),治疗前后检测肝功能,用放射免疫法检测血清纤维化指标:Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(C1V)、透明质酸(HA)、层黏蛋白(LN),应用ELISA法检测血清转化生长因子β(TGF-β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的表达.结果 观察组治疗后血清PCⅢ、C1V、HA、LN及TGF-β、TNF-α、IL-6水平较治疗前及对照组治疗后均明显降低(P<0.05).结论 阿德福韦酯联合苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化有良好的效果.
Objective To investigate the influence of oxymatrine combined with adefovir dipivoxil on hepatic fibrosis in patients with chronic Hepatisis B (CHB). Methods Seventy-eight patients with CHB were randomly divided into observation group received oxymatrine and adefovir dipivoxil (n=39) and control group received only lamivudine (n=39). Serum precollagen type Ⅲ (PCⅢ), IV-type collagen (C1V), hyaluronate (HA), laminin (LN) and transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β), tumor necrosis factor alapha (TNF-α), interleukin 6 (IL-6) levels were measured by specific-RIA and ELISA methods before and after the treatment. Results After treatment for 52 weeks, serum PCⅢ, C1V, HA, LN and TGF-β, TNF-α, IL-6 levels in two groups were obviously decreased than before treatment, and these indexes were lower in observation group than those in control group. Conclusions Oxymatrine combined with adefovir dipivoxil for the treatment of liver fibrosis in patients with CHB have a good curative effect.
