硒对成人桥本甲状腺炎的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的 探讨硒对成人桥本甲状腺炎的干预效果.方法 采用前瞻性随机对照试验观察亚硒酸钠对成人桥本甲状腺炎患者甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)和甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TgAb)的影响.结果 硒治疗组中,58%患者甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体降低,68%患者甲状腺球蛋白抗体降低,优于单纯左旋甲状腺素(L-T4)治疗组.结论 硒可降低桥本甲状腺炎患者体内甲状腺自身抗体滴度.
