摘要
目的 评价神经生长因子(NGF)对青光眼术后视神经保护的疗效.方法 对47例64眼青光眼患者行小梁切除术后采用鼠神经生长因子治疗,观察随访3～8个月,平均(6±3)个月,治疗期间定期随访视力、视野、图形视网膜电图(P-ERG)的变化.结果 患者应用NGF后,视力、视野及P-ERG与治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).患者视力在治疗后高于治疗前(P＜0.05),视野平均缺损(MD)值低于治疗前(P＜0.01),P-ERG显示视网膜功能治疗后优于治疗前(P＜0.05).结论 青光眼术后给予神经生长因子治疗有助于患者视功能的恢复.
Objective To evaluate the effect of nerve growth factor(NGF) on the efficacy of glaucoma surgery to protect the optic nerve. Methods Sixty-four eyes of 47 glaucoma patients performed trabeculectomy were treated with mouse nerve growth factor pastoperative the change of the intraocular pressure,visual acuity,field of vision and P-ERG were observed. Results There were significat differences in visual acuity,visua field and P-ERG before and after the treatment of NGF(P<0.05).Visual acuity was higher after treatment (P<0.05),MD of visual field was lower than before (P<0.01),P-ERG showed retinal function were better than before. Conclusions Nerve growth factor contribute to the recovery of visual function in patients underwent glaucoma surgery.
