晚期肿瘤患者经皮肾造口术后观察及护理 被引量：2

摘要 经皮肾穿刺造口术(percutaneous nephrostomy,PCN)是解除恶性输尿管梗阻的常用的介入诊疗项目。对于不能经手术等治疗方法有效解除上尿道梗阻,并双J管放置失败后的部分晚期肿瘤患者,经皮肾穿刺造口管可能需要长期保留。PCN术后引流管护理不便,生活质量差,患者及家属不易接受,容易出现护理问题。笔者通过对2006-01至2008-12间10例经皮肾穿刺造口的晚期肿瘤患者的观察及护理,
