天津医科大学博士后工作现况与我国博士后发展思路探讨 被引量:1

Current conditions on post-doctor's training work in Tianjin Medical University and the future development

摘要 我国实行博士后制度20余年来成绩斐然.如何在博士后规模不断扩大、人才竞争日益激烈的新形势下,保证高质量的博士后队伍、增强博士后培养质量与科研竞争力已经成为博士后管理工作的一项重要课题.本文阐述了天津医科大学博士后的工作状况,分析、比较了国内部分医学院校博士后招收工作和科研业绩,尝试探讨了未来博士后工作的发展思路,以更好地贯彻人才强国战略. The system of postdoctor's training has been successfully implemented for more than twenty years in China.Under the new conditions of steadily increasing number of post-doctors and competitions for talents,it's an important for postdoctors to achieve better training quality and the ability of scientific research.By comparing postdoctor's training among different medical universities as well as introducing the current conditions on postdoctor's training in Tianjin Medical University,we tried to explore new ideas for the future development on postdoctor's training and for building up the strength of our university with best talents.
