摘要
目的 探讨在骨科学教学和考核中应用学生标准化病人的可行性.方法 根据第二军医大学附属长海医院情况,选拔七年制、八年制学员并将其培训成为标准化病人,应用于本科生临床教学和研究生毕业考核之中,同时对骨科学学生标准化病人的培训和临床教学及考核中的应用情况进行总结.结果 学生标准化病人应用于骨科学教学和考核中,获得了本科生和研究生的较高评分.结论 骨科学学生标准化病人表现出高度的模仿能力,解决了骨科疾病临床表现难以模仿的难题,可复制性和操作性强,在培养医学生沟通技巧和人文关怀方面具有不可替代的优势.
Objective To explore the feasibility of application of students as standardized patients (SSP)in orthopaedic clinical teaching and assessment.Methods According to the actual situation of our college,the seven and eight year medical students were recruited and trained to be standardized patients,and were used in orthopaedic teaching of undergraduates and the graduation examination of orthopaedic postgraduates.This paper summarizes the experience of its training and application in orthopaedic teaching and evaluation.Results SSP were highly appraised by both undergraduates and postgraduates.Conclusions SSP imitated clinical manifestation successfully and promoted the skill of communication of medical students.Use of SSP in orthopaedic teaching and assessment is reasonable,fair and feasible.
