摘要
本文探讨了广州医学院第二附属医院泌尿外科学理论教学、实践教学的改革.教师在理论课上采用多媒体教学配合传统教学,并贯穿循证医学的科学思维;实践课上引入病例讨论及教学查房;利用多媒体配合学习泌尿外科学的基本手术操作,特别是难以用语言描述的腔内泌尿外科的手术操作等方法.通过不断探索和尝试,提高了泌尿外科学的教学质量.
The paper disussed the teaching reform of urology in theory,practice.In theoretical teaching,teacher combined computer assisted instruction (CAI) method with traditional method.At the same time,evidence-based medicine was also applied to improve the science level.Case report and discussion were widely used during clinical practice.Multimedia was applied to learn the basic skills of urology,especially the skills of unable to describe by words.Through exploring effective methods,the teaching quality had been improved.
