外科学教师除了应当具备渊博的医学知识、不断进取的求学精神和精湛的外科技艺之外,还应当富有仁爱之心,为学生树立表率,激励和引导学生学习.
Besides thorough knowledge of medical science,ability of lifelong learning and improvement,and skilled surgical techniques,surgical teachers should teach students by example to diffuse their compassionate care and emotional attachment to the patient.It was also a sargical teacher's professional responsibility to motivate medical students'learning.
