摘要
实证分四型:食滞胃肠、肝胃不和、脾胃湿热、瘀阻胃络型。虚证分二型:脾胃虚寒、胃阴不足型。病理特征为"胃气阻滞,不通则痛",用理气和胃法,气机通顺,痛则不通。
Empirical divided into four types:Shi Zhi gastrointestinal,hepatogastric discord,spleen, stomach Stagnation network type.Deficiency is divided into three types:stomach Deficiency,Stomach-Yin Deficiency.Pathological features of 'Wei Qi block,not General pain',with qi and stomach law,air-fluent, pain is unreasonable.
