摘要
[目的]观察自拟方治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。[方法]60例随机分为治疗组及对照组各30例。治疗组采用自拟方治疗;对照组采用消心痛片20mg每日2次口服,疗程与治疗组同。[结果]治疗组显效10例,好转16例,总有效率为84.3%;对照组中显效3例,好转14例,总有效率6.7%。[结论]自拟方治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,无明显毒副反应,值得临床推广应用。
[Objective]To observe the self-made traditional chinese medicine the clinical efficacy of treatment of angina pectoris,[Method]60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases.Treatment group using self-prepared side treatment;the control group were treated with isosorbide dinitrate oral tablets 20mg twice daily,treatment with the same treatment group.[Results]The treatment group was markedly effective in 10 cases,16 cases improved,with a total effective rate was 84.3%;control group,effective in 3 cases,improvement in 14 cases,with a total effective rate of 6.7%.[Conclusion]The self-made side effect of the exact treatment of angina pectoris,no obvious side effects,worthy to be popularized.
