摘要
[目的]观察伏九贴敷疗法对哮喘中度发作的治疗作用和病程之间的相关性。[方法]选取诊断明确的处于中度发作期哮喘患者根据病程,分为3个组别,分别给予伏九贴敷疗法,10天1次,连续9次,于末次贴敷后3个月、6个月及12个月进行随访,于12个月时比较各组疗效。[结果]病程在5年以下者效果最明显,有效率为100%,病程在6～10年者,有效率为83.3%,病程在11年以上者,有效率为76.2%。[结论]贴敷疗法对哮喘中度发作有良好的治疗效果,尤其对病程较短者,疗效更突出,并且具有很好的远期疗效。
