摘要
[目的]观察清幽养胃汤配合常规西药治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。[方法]将80例患者随机分为两组。对照组32例,采用雷贝拉唑与甲硝唑、阿莫西林治疗;治疗组48例,在对照组的基础上加用愈溃安胃汤治疗。[结果]总有效率、治愈率、幽门螺杆菌阴转率治疗组分别为95.8%、85.4%、91.7%,对照组分别为81.2%、62.5%、65.6%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]清幽养胃汤结合西药治疗消化性溃疡疗效显著。
[ Objective] To observe Qingyou Yangwei decoction of conventional western medicine with the clinical efficacy of treatment of peptic ulcer. [ Methods ] 80 cases patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Control group,32 patients with rabeprazole and metronidazole,amoxicillin treatment;treatment group,48 cases in the control group was added on the basis of Qingyou Yangwei decoction treatment. [ Results ] The total effective rate,cure rate, negative rate of pylori treated group were 95. 8% ,85. 4% ,91. 7% in the control group were 81.2% ,62.5% ,65.6% ,compared the two groups was significant difference in(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Qingyou Yangwei decoction combined treatment of peptic ulcer medicine effect is significant.
