摘要
[目的]观察中药穴位贴敷冬病夏治对慢性支气管炎远期疗效。[方法]将220例1:1比例随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组急性发作期给予控制感染,止咳、祛痰,解痉、平喘等对症处理;缓解期加强锻炼,避免各种致病因素。治疗组除上述处理措施外,尚进行穴位贴敷,每年夏季初、中、末伏各贴1次,连续应用3年。[结果]治疗组总有效率为80.56%,对照组总有效率为61.11%。[结论]中药穴位贴敷冬病夏治防治慢性支气管炎远期疗效显著。
[Objective]The long-term effect observation of traditional chinese medicine acupuncture point pastes spreads in summer to prevent the chronic bronchitis in winter.[Method]Divides 220 cases of chronic bronchitis patients into the treatment group and the control group stochastically according to 1:1 proportion. The control group in acute attack gives the control infection,relieves a cough,dispels phlegm,the spasmolysis, breathes heavily evenly and so on just right for the illness processing;The remission strengthens the exercise, avoids each kind of pathogenic factor.The treatment group besides the above processing measure,still carried on the acupuncture point to paste spreads,every year summer at the beginning,the middle and the final of the hot season respectively pastes 1 time,applies continuously for 3 years.[Results]Treatment group total effectiveness is 80.56%,control group total effectiveness is 61.11%.[Conclusion]The traditional chinese medicine acupuncture point pastes spreads the winter sickness summer to govern the prevention chronic bronchitis forward curative effect to be remarkable.
