摘要
目的:观察布托啡诺预处理对非体外循环冠脉搭桥(OPCAB)患者的心肌保护作用。方法:选择24例行OPCAB的冠心病患者,随机分为布托啡诺预处理组(B组)和对照组(C组)。测定术前、术毕及术后1 h、6h、24 h、48 h血清cTnI水平。结果:各组内术后cTnI水平均明显增高(P<0.05),B组术后cTnI水平显著低于C组(P<0.05)。结论:布托啡诺预处理可降低OPCAB患者的cTnI水平,具心肌保护作用。
Objective:To investigate the protective effect of butorphanol precondition against myocardial injury induced by OPCAB.Methods:24 patients undergoing OPCAB were randomly divided into control group (C-group, n=12) and butorphanol preconditioning group(B-group,n=12).Blood samples were obtained prior of the operation and at the 0 h,2 h,6 h,24 h,48 h after the end of the operation.The serum cTnI were determined.Results:The cTnI levels were significantly increased at the post-operative (0 h,2 h,6 h,24 h,48 h) compared with those before the operation(P<0.05).The cTnI levels of B-group were markedly lower than that in C-group after the operation(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Butorphanol precondition decreases the cTnI levels induced by OPCAB.
