摘要
目的探讨经内踝截骨入路空心加压螺钉固定治疗距骨颈骨折的方法及临床效果.方法回顾分析2004年至2008年距骨颈骨折28例,HawkinsⅡ型19例,Ⅲ型9例,均采用经内踝截骨入路空心加压螺钉治疗.结果根据Hawkins评分:本组优18例,良7例,可1例,差2例.结论经内踝截骨入路空心加压螺钉固定是治疗复杂距骨颈骨折的有效方法.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of hollow compression screw via inner malleolus tomy approach in the treatment of fractures of the talar neck.Methods Twenty-eight pa-tients with fractures of the talar neck were retrospectively analyzed between 2004 and 2008.According to the Hawkins classification,19 cases were fallen into type Iand 9 cases into typeⅢ.All the cases were treated with hollow compression screw via inner malleolus tomy approach.Results The mean Hawkins score was excellent in 18 cases,good in 7 cases,fair in t case and poor in 2 cases respectively.Conclu-sion It is a good method to treat the fractures of the talar neck with hollow compression screw via inner malleolus tomy approach.
