摘要
为了筛选出新的高效,广谱的单胺菌素类抗生素,在原有的研究基础上改变取代基的位置,以7或8-取代香豆素-3-甲酸为原料,合成了18个单胺菌素类化合物,初步体外抑菌试验结果,均有不同程度的广谱抗菌活性。
In order to develop noval monobactams possessing more potential antibacterial activity, we designed and synthesized a series of new monobactams with 7-or 8-substituted coumarin-3-formic acid taken as starting material.The modification at the position 3 of the monobactams was emphasized in this work and 18 noval compounds were reported here.In the preliminary tests of these compounds(in vitro),different activities against Gram-positive and Gram-negetive becteria were observed.
