摘要
本文回顾性分析了湖北省五所医院1966~1986年经手术和/或病理证实的171例肠系膜肿瘤住院病例。最常见的临床表现为废痛,腹部肿及消瘦。原发性肿瘤81例,继发性肿瘤90例。原发性肠系膜恶性肿瘤以恶性淋巴瘤,平滑肌肉帘及脂B内瘤多见,良性肿瘤明以囊肿及平滑肌瘤多见。无论肠系膜肿密的性质如何。均多位于小肠系膜,肠系膜肿瘤术前诊断不易,本组术前诊断正确率仅17.5.5。临床上对不明原因的腹痛、腹部肿块及消瘦,应疑及肠系膜肿瘤,如影象检查证实有与肠管相邻的肿瘤,即高吐提示肠系膜肿输。
One hundred and seventy one patients with mesentery tumors conficmed by surgery and/or pathology in five hospitals of Hubei Province from 1966 to 1986 are analyzed retrospecti-vely The main manifestations were abdomtnal pain,abdominal mass and emaciation.Cystand leiomyomas were comnon in bensgn tumors Malignant lymphoma,leiomyosareomaand liposarcoma were predominant in malignant tumors.The morbidity,clinico-pathologiccharacteristics,diagnosis and differential diagnosis of this group of tumor are discussed.
