摘要
用免疫组化（ＡＢＣ法）和颈淋巴结连续切片相结合的方法，检测花生凝集素在喉癌组织中的表达特点和临床意义。发现花生凝集素在喉癌旁正常上皮中阳性表达为１５％，在癌组织中阳性表达为７７％；有潜在淋巴结转移组中阳性表达９５％，无转移组中阳性表达５７％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。表明喉癌组织中ＰＮＡ检测，对喉癌早期癌变的诊断，特别是对潜在淋巴结转移的诊断有意义。

feature of peanut agglutinin(PNA)was researched with methids of
immunohis-tochemistry A,B,C and serial section of cervical lymph
node. Result showel 15%PNA express in nor-mal laryngeal epithelium,
77%in cancer tissue, and specially 95%express in cancer tissue with
latentcervical lymph node metastases. We think that PNA inspection
has clinical significance in eares-diagno-sising laryngeal cancer and
latent cervical lymph node metastases.
