摘要
从臭灵丹[Laggeraplerodonta(DC.)Benth]地上部分的水煎浓缩液的氯仿、醋酸乙酯、正丁醇提取液中,通过反复硅胶柱层析及重结晶,分得4个化合物。经理化性质及光谱测定,分别鉴定为:臭灵丹二醇(pterodondiol)、臭灵丹三醇乙(pterodontriolB)、3’,4’,5-三轻基-3,6,7.三甲氧基黄酮(3’,4’,5-trihydroxy-3,6,7-trimethoxyflavone)和橙皮甙(hesperidin)。其中,后2个为首次从该植物中分离得到的化合物。
Laggera pterodonta(DC.) Benthhas been used as folk medicine to treat tonsillitis ,bronchitis,burns and bites by poisonous snakes in Yunnan province. To find its active componentsand enlarge usage,we made chemical studies on this plant. From the extracts on CHCl_3, EtOAcand n-BuOH of Laggera pterodonta,five compounds were obtained after colum chromatograph onsilical gel and recrystallization,They were elucidated as pterodondiol,pterodontriol B,pterodonto-side,3’,4’,5-trihydroxy-3,6,7-trimethoxy flavone, and hesperidin respestively, by chemical andspectra method.
